Our job as specialists is to help you identify and prioritise those areas relating to the older workforce which are most significant for your business and your employees. Many organizations are currently focusing on reviewing their policies and practices in light of the forthcoming abolition of the default retirement age - however, this is definitely not an area where "one size" solutions produce the best results.

How exactly we work with companies and their employees depends entirely on the objectives to be met and the particular areas where input is required. For some, help and advice may be needed in such areas as career coaching, pre-retirement planning, motivation, performance management and change. Others may require practical, technical information about, for example, pensions, investment, and taxation.

As a result, in terms of workforce development, we design bespoke programmes for each company we work with so that the input you and your employees need and the outcomes you require are specifically and exactly custom-made for you.

In addition to workforce planning we are also highly active in the marketing arena assisting businesses and consultancies to better identify and meet the needs of the over 50s consumer. Often this work is linked to our ongoing research, monitoring global developments relating to older workers and the mature market, identifying best practice and drawing on both practitioner and academic studies and reports.

A key area of our work is also one to one coaching and mentoring

particularly in the area of later-life career change

We are available to speak at conferences, networking events and seminars on a wide range of topics relating to older workers and the mature market. Please contact us for further information.
